Refunds will not be issued in case of courier delays. However, we take all possible measures to ensure your parcel is delivered within the committed timelines.
All parcels are insured against transit damage or loss. If you receive a damaged parcel, please capture clear photographs and share them with us immediately so we can initiate the claim process with the courier company.
Courier companies generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If you suspect that delivery attempts were not genuine, please notify us promptly via WhatsApp or phone call.
